Worst academic experience I've ever had. The electrical program is a joke. From teachers who would rather be your 'friend' and joke than teach, to teachers that are just absent, the learning environment is just absent. They push their students through and pass anyone with a pulse. Most of the assignments aren't even graded. I feel bad for anyone hiring an FTC graduate. Laziest teaching culture I've ever seen. Just the worst. I give it a two because their financial aid department is good.

This school is an absolute scam. My son attended this program for a electrician technician. He has never found a job. They were not successful helping him. They also is billing him for additional payments after he fulfilled his contractor agreement. We have made multiple calls and attempt to speak to someone at the school, we’ve been given the runaround no one will call us back. We signed a contract when you start the program stating how much we have to pay monthly for 12 months this time of the program after financial aid and loans will dispersed toward the end of the program the school added additional fees that they cannot explain what happened. We spoke to over 10 representatives that have gotten over 10 different reaponses Why the fees were added, but nothing’s making sense. No one refuse to call us back. I just be warn. You will get additional fees after you pay your contractor agreement and the school will dodger calls. We have been given over four different phone numbers to call and every last one of them we leave voice messages or the representative tells us that we have to speak to someone different.

I am writing to express a concern regarding my experience in Dr. Greig Drury’s Electrical class at Northbridge University in Lakeland FL, I would like to begin by noting that the Staff’s are Great and the classroom environment and course content are excellent, and I appreciate the structure and quality of the program. However, I am experiencing difficulty with the instructor’s communication style, which at times comes across as aggressive or overly harsh. This has caused me to feel hesitant to ask questions or seek clarification when I do not fully understand the material. Consequently, this has impacted my ability to fully engage with the coursework and reach my potential in the class. I want to emphasize that my concern is solely regarding the instructor’s communication style and its effect on my learning experience. At times, I have felt apprehensive about speaking up due to concerns about how I might be treated in response.

Daniel failed me he was a student coordinator switched me classes without meeting with financial aid first which caused my scholarship to be in active which also messed my financial aid up been here 7 months and still haven’t recieved a payment for finical aid remember this is my first time ever attending college it’s like a financial nightmare ! And I was first been told to withdraw also have a 3.9 gpa but would love to shoutout my teacher ms Wolfe with a 10 STARS IF I COULD MS WOLFE IS AMAZING AND UNDERSTANDING COMPLETLY WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP WITH ANYTHING LOVE MS WOLFE

It was a wonderful experience overall. I loved the staff and how everything was done, both virtually and on campus. My only issue and it's a pretty big issue is that I need my transcripts and 1098. I can't get into any of my accounts or get in touch with anyone about it. I believe I managed to contact someone once and they put in an order. I haven't heard anything via email or phone. I will try calling again asap because I'm trying to attend another college in the area, so I hope this matter gets handled. Again, otherwise it's a great school! I'm only worried about not getting my certification sent out from NCCT and needing transcripts badly so I can apply elsewhere for programs that aren't offered there.
